This recipe was modified to tastes and preferences of my family, we don't like too sweet or greasy pastry. These go well as breakfast.
10g vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
5g baking powder
3 medium ripe bananas
First mix butter and sugar until the mixture changed to lighter color. Than add one by one eggs, beat well, bananas (I just cut them into small pieces), salt and vanilla sugar.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Grease 20cm baking form, pour the dough into it. I sprinkle with walnuts on top, and push them a little inside.
Oven 175C for about 45 minutes.
You can use your fantasy with toppings, but we prefer them like they are.
