Chicken party snack

This recipe is no news, of course, but it's just an original way to serve meat balls for a company. Idea was found in the internet.

apr.500gr chicken meat (ground)
1 onion
olive oil
thyme
salt, pepper
italian herbs
garlic cloves 2-3
bread crumbs mixed with italian herbs
mozzarella balls/or other prefered cheese

First fry for a couple of minutes onion and garlic in a pan. Then add it to the ground chicken with the other ingredients (use handful of breadcrumbs mixed with just a little bit of milk).
Now take with a spoon some meat, place cheese piece inside and cover with meat. Cover with breadcrumbs.
Put these balls on baking paper/foil in the oven 175C for 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cold
