Multigrain bread with walnuts

Found this recipe, but made changes according to what I had at home. A very tasty bread, makes 2 loaves, which is always welcomed.



500g wheat flour
250g corn flour
250g wholewheat flour
20-30g sunflower seeds
1 tb.s. salt
10g dry yeast
600ml warm water
150-200g toasted walnuts



Mix flour, yeast and water to create sticky dough. Knead for 8 minutes adding salt in the process. You'll get a sticky dough. Now leave it for an hour to rise, covered with plastic.
Knead the dough, maybe put some more flour, mix in the walnuts and leave for another 60 minutes.
Now cut the dough into 2, grease two forms and place the dough in them. Leave it for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven 200C, place a bowl with water in the oven and bake the bread for about 50-60 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
