Semolina crackers

Nice "in between" and my daughter loves them as well.



140g flour
140g semolina
170-160ml warm water
salt, sesame or cheese



Mix flour, semolina and water. Oven 225C, roll very thin crackers (makes 10) and brush with olive oil. Bake for 3-4 minutes.
