I never made this one before, nor tried it, but now I know it's something I will repeat again.
3 eggs
180ml milk
100g flour
pinch of salt
1 tb.s. sugar
some butter
Oven 220C, place empty frying pan until it's hot. Grease with butter and pour the dough into it. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with anything you like. I made with caramelisedpears. Tasty and tender!
