Olive and tomato penne

Simple and good....guess usually it's the simpler the better:)



250g penne
olive oil
1 garlic clove
300g tomatoes (better cherry or plum)
thyme
salt, paprika
8-10 kalamata olives
bunch ofparsley
parmesan

Cook pasta until al dente. On oil cook garlic for a minute, add tomatoes, cook fo 2 minutes, add thyme, salt and paprika. Cook fo 4 more minutes, add olives, parsley, parmesan and penne, toss and serve!
