Oatmeal bars with banana and cottage cheese

Quite light and easy breakfast variation.



2x200ml oat flakes
milk
2 bananas
200g cottage cheese
vanilla
sugar to taste
2 egg whites



Prepare thick porrige on milk. Let it cool.
In a bowl mix cottage cheese, vanilla, bananas, egg whites and sugar, combine with porrige and pour some more milk (app.100ml) to get more thin mixture.
Preheat oven to 160C, butter the dish and pour the mixture into it, bake for app. an hour, until the edges are brown and it is firm. Let it cool a little and cut into bars.

  1. How much of the oat flakes? I don't seem to understand the amount you gave "2x200ml"
