200g your favourite pasta
small bunch of parsley
small handful of crushed almonds
app.70-90g sheep cheese
rind of half a lemon
2 garlic cloves
Cook pasta till al dente. Heat olive oil and butter, add garlic and almonds and fry until golden, add chopped parsley and peel, pasta and cheese, stir and serve.
