300g minced beef
2 garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper
1 small onion
red pepper powder
Using hand blender puree all the ingredients, letting some of the veggies remain pieces.
fry on olive oil several minutes from both sides.
200g green peas
3 medium sized potatoes
1 garlic clove
In a large pan boil potato first, adding (frozen) peas later and finishing with spinach at the end. Drain and add spices. Puree with hand blender adding cream to make it more smooth.
