Danish Apple Cheesecake

Very tasty, juicy cake, also looks great. But to make it more like a cheesecake one should take double portion of cream cheese, I think. It this proportion it tastes more like an apple pie, but it doesn't make it worse.

Dough:
250g flour
100g ground almonds (I took hazelnuts- hope Danes will forgive me)
60g sugar
100g butter
almond extract- I skiped this

1 filling:
300g cream cheese
60g sugar
half a t.s.lemon juice
1 egg

2 filling:
85-90g brown sugar
1tb.s. flour
cinnamon
apr.5 apples (I took granny smith) cut into thin slices
65g ground almonds (hazelnuts)

Mix ingredients for the dough, if too dry, add just a little bit of milk. Grease springform, press the dough, making it quite thin, cover the sides as well. Make holes with a fork, put in the fridge.
Prepare filling 1. In a blender mix cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice. Add egg. Pour this mixture into the crust.
Slice apples, mix them with sugar, cinnamon and flour, cover the cake and sprinkle with nuts.
Oven 180C for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. Let it cool. Release from the sides of the form and refrigerate couple of hours.
