I doubted if I should make this one, because my attempts to make puff pastry usually end up in the trash. But this one was eaten surprisingly fast....maybe my family was just very hungry? No, they turned out to be good, indeed.
Make chicken bouillon with apr. 500g chicken meat (I took breast)
1 t.s. baking powder
Shred chicken meat quite thin. In a pan combine 1 cup bouillon, butter, heat it up, add flour and stir well. Remove from the heat, wait for couple of minutes, add eggs one by one. Then add chicken meat and paprika.
On greased baking sheet with a table spoon place balls of dough, apr. 4cm apart from each other.
Bake at 190C for apr. 40 minutes.
Serve with spicy sauce or just salad.
