Chicken chasseur

French style chicken legs pot. Delicious, simple and easy to prepare. We ate it with potato mash, great!



4 chicken legs (no skin)
butter and oil
200g chestnut mushrooms
1 tomato
1 large leek
2 cloves garlic
thyme
pepper, salt
250ml dry red wine
water
red pepper paste 2 tb.s.

First fry chicken legs from both sides on oil and butter, set aside. Now add leeks, garlic, in a few minutes mushrooms, thyme and tomato, cut into cubes.
Pour wine over and cook for 5 minutes, add water and return chicken. Cook until chicken is ready and tender.
