Lovely dessert, contains no flour. Tender texture.
3 eggs (separated)
85g chocolate (dark)
85g ground hazelnuts
85g butter
app.100g sugar
1tb.s. brandy or rum essence
Prepare springform- line the bottom with paper, grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Preheat oven 160C. In a saucepan melt chocolate and butter, add brandy and let it cool, then add egg yolks, whipped with sugar, hazelnuts.
Beat egg whites not too much and add carefully into the chocolate mix.
Pour into the form, decorate with pear halves.
Bake for 40 minutes, sprinkle some powder sugar on top. Enjoy!
