Simple, but very tasty omelette!
For one portion:
3 eggs
5-6 black olives
60g feta cheese
parsley
1 big or 2 tomatoes
0,5 onion, cut in wedges
Fry onion, add tomato and olives. Cook for 7 minutes, add beaten eggs with parsley, salt and pepper. Fry for 2 minutes, flip and add feta cheese on top. Cook until ready or put under grill for 4 minutes. Enjoy
