For breakfast on bread it's perfect. Specially for those like me, who adore apples.
500g apples (sour-sweet)
apr.50g butter
50g honey
vanilla
50ml apple juice or water (+lemon juice)
Cut apples into small pieces. Melt butter in a pan, when it begins to bubble add apples, honey and vanilla and simmer couple of minutes. Then add water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Don't forget to stir them now and then.
Take them away from fire and using blender puree them. If in sterelised jar/can it should survive up to 2 weeks (I didn't have opportunity to check it:)). It makes apr. 350 ml.
