Spicy dish, to bring some variety into the menu. I know this is typically eaten with different flat breads; we ate it just as it is. Found in the internet.
4 medium potatoes (in cubes)
2 green bell pepers
3 garlic cloves
2 onions
ginger to taste
2 tomatoes (cubes)
tomato paste 1 tb.s.
salt, peper
1-2 red chili (I use green) pepers
1/4 t.s. curry
2 tb.s. coriander
1/4 t.s. cloves
2 tb.s. joghurt
coriander leaves
In a big pan in oil fry spices with garlic, chili and onion. Then add tomato paste and potato with tomato. Add a bit of water. Simmer until potato is ready with lid on. At the edn add bell peper, salt, wait couple of minutes and add joghurt, stir and turn off the heat.
Serve with coriander leaves on top, if you like.
