Chicken drumsticks in balsamic sauce

Just nice and pretty fast meat for the dinner, if you marinate them 2 hours in advance. I made small quantity, you can always double or even triple the size.



5 drumsticks
about 70ml balsamic venigar
big tb.s. honey
about 40ml soy sauce
big pinch of brown sugar
2-3 garlic cloves
thyme/oregano/rosemary...whatever you like
sesame seeds and parsley for serving

First make marinade out of all the ingredients, place chicken in there for 2 hours at least. I usually take just small pan with a lid, some people use plastic bag.
Preheat the oven 225C, on alluminium foil put all drumsticks and bake for 25-35 minutes, until they are quite dark.
Pour marinade in a small pan and boil it for 10-15 minutes to thicken. If it evaporates too quickly, like it happened with mine, just add some water and lower the heat.
When serving, brush each drumstick with the sauce.
