Loaf with corn flour and sesame

I had some sesame seeds left and as we didn't  have any beard left at home and also I didn't want to through the seeds away, I used them in this bread.

240gr wheat flour
75gr corn flour
160gr whole wheat flour
20gr sesame+ for on top
6gr yeast
30gr oil (I used hazelnut here)
285ml warm water
salt



In blender mix together all the flours and sesame. Add water, oil, then salt.Work it for several minutes. Form a ball (maybe add some more flour, when needed) and leave to rise for about 80 minutes..
Now form a loaf. First roll with hands a sheet, now fold upper part to the center and upper left and right corners to the center. Now the same with lower part, and in the end fold this figure. Now you have smth that looks like loaf.
Place this loaf on baking sheet on paper, spread some water on top and sprinkle sesame.
After another 80 minutes you can place it in the oven 220С for 20min (make nice cuts with knife), place a bowl with water in the oven. After 20 min take the bowl away and lower the temp. to 200C and leave for 10-15 min.
Let it cool on a rack, then cut.
