Something like warm salad - spicy and light. And of course, its tasty, this combination works just always, I think.
450g mushrooms (these are champignons)
250g broccoli
small onion
1 lemon (zest and juice)
just a little dry white wine
salt
pepper
1 green chili
red paprika flakes
sesame seeds
olive oil
Cook broccoli for several minutes, then take it out and cool under cold water.
On olive oil fry onion, then mushrooms, then add wine, lemon (zest and juice) and spices.
When mushrooms are brownish and too much juice has evaporated, take away from the fire.
Mix together with broccoli and sprinkle pinch of sesame seeds on top.
You could serve it just with toasted bread with drop of olive oil on it. Very nice snack
