A very nice combination of tastes. For 4 people I used:
1 big pear
lime juice
apr.100gr yoghurt
100g roquefort cheese
100g dates
1 big tb.s. honey
black pepper
150g mixed salad
handful walnuts
some walnut/hazelnut oil
First on each plate put pear slices, walnuts, dates. Cut cheese in cubes. Season with pepper. Mix yoghurt, honey, some cheese. Place salad leaves on top and sprinkle with oil and dressing.
