Chicken with orange zest

You can take any part of chicken meat, I had chicken breast.

2 large chicken breasts
bunch of scallions
2 big oranges (zest and juice)
handful olives, pitted
olive oil
salt, black pepper

First fry chicken meat on olive oil from all sides. Preheat the oven 225C. Add olives, scallions and zest and juice and bake chicken in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Serve with more scallions.
