For this recipe I took chicken breast, but drumsticks or thighs would also do well.
2 chicken breasts (cut to make 4 pieces)
3 full tb.s. tahini
2 tb.s. brown sugar
1 tb.s. thyme
pinch of paprika flakes
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 0,5 lemon
3 tb.s. water
Mix all ingredients for the sauce, adding lemon juice, salt and water at the end.
Marinate the chicken in this sauce for about an hour at least.
Bake at 200C for appr. 30 minutes, or until done.
I served with bulgur with mint.
