Healthy alternative to yeast breads.
1,5 cups (200ml) whloe wheat flour
some sunflower seeds
--- poppy seeds
----flax seeds
---- sesame seeds
3/4 t.s. salt
5g baking powder
60ml olive oil
100-110ml water
Mix everything well. Roll out to make rectangular about 2mm thin, preheat the oven 180C. Line baking tray with paper and bake crackers for about 18 minutes.
They are ready to be eaten, when cooled with anything you prefer.
Can be made smaller, like cookies.
