Delicious healthy breakfast bread.
180g dates
100g walnuts
230g whole wheat flour
230g flour
240ml water
60g butter
3tb.s. honey
1 egg
5g baking powder
handful sunflour seeds
Preheat oven 180C. In a saucepan heat water, butter, dates and honey- let it boil, cool. Sift the flour, baking powder, add walnuts, egg, seeds and transfer to a greased baking tin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, let it cool and take out of the tin.
