Quince custard with baked quince

Nice recipe of light dessert.



Cut and core quinces (about 1 kilo), preheat the oven to 150C, pour light sugar syrop over quinces and bake covered during 3,5-4 hours.

Take 4 egg yolks, beat them, heat liquid from quinces, add egg yolks and some flour into it and stir constantly above the heat. You should get thick mixture.

I added some cream into the custard after it chilled a bit.

Serve with quince slices in a glass.
