Very healthy and satisfying snack
2-3 whole wheat tortillas
1 avocado
lime juice
1 tomato
app.80g smoked sausage
parmesan or manchego
paprika flakes
Heat 2-3 tortillas on grill pan, cut vegetables, fry sausage fo 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle avocado with lime juice, layer vegetables, sausage and cheese, season with paprika and place in center of tortilla, wrap it and cut into bite sizes. Enjoy!
