250g rice

100ml white wine
3 big leeks
app.100g bacon stripes
parmesan
parsley
butter
Fry bacon several minutes, take it out, add leeks and some butter and add rice, after 1 minute pour wine, wait, until it evaporates, add enough chicken stock to cover the rice. Simmer for 20 minutes, adding more stock when needed.
Before serving return bacon, sprinkle with parsley and stir in parmesan.
