A very easy, light and tasty dessert! It has soft texture, so it won't keep shape for long time.
200ml dry white wine
200ml water
80g (in a cup) sugar
pinch of salt
2 tb.s. lemon juice
2 pears, cut into small cubes (no skin )
5-6 big strawberries, cut
Heat wine, water and sugar in a pan, add pears, salt and lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes, adding strawberries closer to an end. Transfer into flat dish and freeze overnight. take it out and mix with blender until it looks like puree. Freeze again until serving.
