A nice recipe of pretty and tasty bread. Looks good on a plate!
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
half a spoon sugar
5g dry yeast
2 tb.s. olive oil
1 1/3 cups warm water
Filling:
spinach or rukkola (or any other herb) app.250g
cheese with pepper taste 100g
dried tomatoes app.50g (soaked in water)
Mix all dry ingredients and add water. make a dough and let it rise for 2 hours. Now roll it into a square, place ingredients for the filling, season to taste and roll into a loaf. Transfer onto baking tray and cook at 220C for 25 minutes.
let it cool on a rack, then cut.
