Beakfast bread with pears

Nice bread/cake, just a little sweet and spicy, went good with morning tea:)

apr.300g flour
baking powder 5-7 g
50-70 g oat flakes
1 big pear
60g sugar
cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
1 big egg
apr. 5 tb.s. apple juice
pinch of salt
2 tb.s. melted butter
handful raisins



Oats, butter, juice - mix and wait for 10 minutes. Now add flour, raisins, egg, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon. Mix well. Grease baking paper and place it in a form (not more than 1 liter, mine was a little too big). On top of the dough put pieces of pear.
Oven 180C for 35-40 minutes - check with a skewer. Cool the bread on a rack.
