This is interesting and tasty bread. It's also quite filling.
300gr white flour
300gr whole wheat flour
7gr dry yeast
1t.s. sugar
350 or a bit more liquid joghurt
salt
35ml oil
120gr nuts
cinnamon+sugar for sprinkling inside
First mix both flours, yeast, sugar and joghurt in mixer and let it rest for half an hour. Now add oil and salt (probably some more flour). Mix well. Now take it out of mixer and flatten it and add nuts, fold and flatten again and add more nuts. Mix well and let it rise in a big bowl for more than 1 hour to double.
Press the air out again and flatten it into rectangular shape. Sprincle with sugar (not too much) and cinnamon and roll it. Grease form and place this roll there, wait again for an hour.
Oven 200C for half an hour (place it one shelf lower, than middle).
Let it cool down on rack.
