The base of this recipe belongs to Guy Fieri, but I made my corrections to it.
50gr butter
100gr bacon
3 bell peppers
1-2 green chilies
2 onions
several cloves of garlic
500gr ground beef
1 sausage for frying
1t.s. red chili powder
2t.s. paprika
1t.s. coriander
1t.s. cumin
salt
tomato paste+ tomatoes(1 or 2)
black pepper
330ml beer
chicken stock or water (I added in the process, when it asked for some liquid)
about 450gr beans (canned)
cheddar to serve (if you wish)
In a big heavy pot heat oil and bacon, add onion, pepper and chilies and simmer for 5 minutes. Now add garlic, beef and sausage and wait for 10 minutes (stir occasionaly). Now herbs, spices, tomato paste and tomatoes. Pour beer. Cook for more than an hour, add beans closer to the end of cooking.
Serve with cheese on top.
