Light and easy brunch or even dinner.
2 chicken breasts, cut into stripes
olive oil
salt, pepper, paprika flakes
3 medium bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thin wedges
2 garlic cloves
parsley, lemon and joghurt for serving
tortilla bread
On grill pan cook chicken for several minutes from each side. Set aside. Now add vegetables, cook for apr.5 minutes.
Heat up tortilla bread on grill pan, put it on a plate, lay chicken and veggies on it, some joghurt and parsley. Serve!
