Cherry squares

Light dessert, reminds of summer:) Quite healthy version:)

For the crust:
90g oat flakes
2 tb.s. wholewheat flour
1 tb.s. sugar
50g melted butter
salt

For the joghurt layer:
apr.250ml cherry puree (I used frozen, defrosted them and used blender to mash)
apr.350ml joghurt (greek)
50-70g sugar
15g gelatin powder
60ml water

For the berries layer:
apr.250ml cherry puree
7g gelatin powder
60ml water
30-40g sugar



First preheat oven 180C. Mix all ingredients for the crust, put baking paper in 20-23cm oven proof dish, press the crust into it and bake for apr.20minutes. Let it cool.
Heat in a pan sugar and some of the puree, mix gelatin with water, stir and add to the pan, stir well and add remaining puree and joghurt. Pour onto the crust, refrigerate for several hours.
For the second layer, heat in the pan sugar and some of the puree, add gelatin, mixed with water, stir and add remaining puree. Pour onto the joghurt layer and let it cool overnight in the fridge.
Before serving cut into squares
