Found a very nice recipe of savoury bread and made some changes to it. It indeed was sooo good with cheese!
450g wheat flour
200g whole wheat flour
10g yeast
apr.350ml warm water
2 t.s. salt
2 t.s. black pepper
some paprika flakes
1 small pear
1 roasted paprika pepper
Mix flour, black pepper, paprika flakes and yeast. Add water, make elastic dough, work it for 5-10 minutes, adding salt in the process.
Set aside, covered with plastic in greased bowl for an hour.
Cut pear and roasted pepper and mix it into the dough, try to work quickly.
Grease bread form, put the dough there, cut the top of the bread with scissors and sprinkle with flour.
Oven 180C. Wait for 15 minutes for the dough to rise again. Bake apr.50 minutes.
