I wanted to make something sweet but light. That's what came out of it. Could be served as breakfast as well.
For the crust:
apr. 250g crushed oat cookies
1 egg white
1 t.s. honey
Blend all components and place thin layer into greased springform. Bake at 160C for 7-8 minutes. Let cool.
Custard layer:
3 cups milk
2 tb.s. sugar
0,5 cup of corn flour
Bring milk and sugar to a boil, add corn flour, mixed with some milk to create paste. Whisk well and set aside to cool.
Now pour it onto the crust, place fruit of choice on top and chill.
Jelly layer:
Make any jelly you prefer with just a little bit less water, than written on package. Let it cool a little and then pour on top of the dessert. Put in the fridge (for the night). Before serving cut with a sharp knife, if desired, or serve as a cake.
