As I like using oatmeal, this is one more recipe of cookies (though, I don't eat cookies myself, they are gone very quickly even without my help, anyways).
100-120g butter
160-180g sugar
375g oat flakes
375g flour
2 eggs
5g baking powder
half a t.s. salt
80-100g dried cranberries
80g white chocolate (small pieces)
Miz butter and sugar until white, add eggs; mix in a separate bowl flour, oats, powder and salt, and add to the buttery mixture. Now it's turn for cranberries and chocolate.
Better to put the dough for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven 190C, make small balls (apr. walnut size), putting them on a distance from each other on baking paper.
Bake for 12-13 min. Let them cool on a wire rack.
Makes apr. 33 cookies
