Pasta with brussel sprouts and chipolata

Quick and healthy pasta, for all those, who love different types of cabbage, like I do:)

500g brussel sprouts
pasta for 3 people (I took rigatoni)
mozzarella cheese or similar
chipolata or other sausage for frying
1 small onion, cut
1 garlic clove
olive oil

Boil pasta until al dente. On frying pan fry pieces of sausage, add onion and brussel sprouts (cut in 2 or 4 parts). After several minutes, add water and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheese and add pasta with some pasta water. Serve!
