Served here with cheese platter, nice dessert with no big harm for the figure. Also could be a good snack or appetizer at Christmas table, I think...with all those tasty winter fragrances!
For 10 bites:
120g figs
80g dried apricot
80g dried cranberries
0,5 tb.s brandy
100g almonds (toasted and ground)
0,5 t.s. ground cloves
0,5 tb.s. honey
sesame seeds
Blend until smooth paste dried fruits, add ground almonds, cloves, brandy and honey. Form small balls and cover them with sesame seeds. Cover the balls with tea towel and store for a couple of days so they get more dry. Can be kept in a cool place for several weeks.
