Quick warm salad for the lunch
100g chorizo or similar
small ciabatta, cut into bite size pieces
2 tomatoes
salad or just parsley
balsamic venigar
some sugar
salt
olive oil
1 avocado
Fry ciabatta pieces on olive oil, put them into salad bowl. Fry pieces of chorizo from both sides, add tomato slices and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add to the salad bowl. Toss with sliced avocado and parsley/salad and season to taste.
