Another nice recipe with oats, as I like them so much. Tried to make it as light as possible, avoiding too sweet taste also.
200g oats
250g flour
salt
1tbs. sugar
cinnamon
chocolate chips 80g
100g butter
dried cranberries 80g
cream cheese 200g
condensed sweet milk 380ml
zest and juice of 1 lemon
vanilla
Blend and pulse all ingredients for the dough. With one half of the dough make crust, place it in amedium sized form, covered with paper. Bake at 175C 12 minutes. Let it cool.
Prepare filling- blend all ingredients for the cream filling, pour on crust and cover with crumbles of the remaining dough. Bake 40 min. Let completely cool, cut and refrigirate for several hours before serving.
