I used spaghetti in this recipe, a veryinteresting combination of tastes.
1 bunch broccoli or cauliflower
2 bell peppers (better different colors)
1 onion
1 big tbs. peanut butter
good pinch of sesame seeds
2 tb.s. soy sauce
1 tb.s. brown sugar
2 tb.s. rice venigar
salt
2 garlic cloves
pinch of paprika flakes
Boil spaghetti in a large pan for 6 minutes, then add vegetables and cook for another 5 min or so. Drain, save some water.
Mix all the other components into a sauce, add to pasta and stir well (if needed, add some pasta water)
Serve.
