Beef with grapefruit gremolata

Nice and soft meat, though, grapefruit taste is not fo everyone...may be better to replace with orange.

500g beef (squares)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 grapefruit - zest and flesh without membranes
pinch of cinnamon
pinch on dried ginger
salt, pepper
olive oil
parsley
beef stock



Prepare gremolata- zest of grapefruit, parsley and garlic blend together or cut into very fine pieces.
Fry beef until light brown, add onion and garlic, then stock and cook further in the oven at 200C until done.
In the middle of the process add grapefruit flesh and gremolata to meat.
Serve.
