Very light and juicy chicken.
2 chicken breasts (stripes)
2 large tomatoes (cubes)
150g yoghurt
some water
half an onion (thin stripes)
paprika flakes
olive oil
20g butter
Fry chicken pieces for 7-10 minutes on olive oil seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside. Add butter and cook tomatoes and onion, add water and return chicken. Cook until chicken is done, pour yoghurt, stir and serve!
