This is a quick meal recipe with nice citrus-mint taste.
3 chicken breasts, cut into several pieces
olive oil
salt, pepper
orange-pomegranate marmalade
bulgur
3 carrots
mint leaves
salt, pepper
zest and juice of 1 lemon
Bake chicken (seasoned and glazed with marmalade after 10 minutes) in the 240C oven. In the meanwhile fry carrots seasoned with salt and pepper, add bulgur and water, cook for 10 minutes, add zest and juice and some meant leaves.
Serve with chicken.
