Usually I don't buy powdered milk, but since I had some at home in any way, I found a couple of interesting recipes. This one is one of them.
250g cottage cheese (hanged for several hours to drain)
180g powdered milk
70g sugar
coconut 100g
butter 3 tb.s.
some milk
On frying pan on butter cook cottage cheese (paneer), powdered milk for several minutes. The mixture will start looking like a dough. Cool a bit, add sugar and coconut shred. Mix well.
Shape into small balls and flaten a bit, put small pistachio, cashew or raisin in the center. Refrigirate for a while (this helped mine to become more solid).
