Healthy scones

I love scones! One more variation, quite healthy also.

appr.300g flour
180g oat flakes
salt
2 tb.s. sugar
5 g baking powder
handful raisins
200ml yoghurt
vanilla
milk for brushing



Mix dry ingredients, add raisins and mix with yoghurt. Make small balls, flaten them a little and bake at 230C for 15-17 minutes. Better to brush after 10 minutes of baking, otherwise they will become dark after 15 minutes.
