6 chicken drumsticks
4 garlic cloves, crushed
salt
pinch of pepper
cumin 1 t.s.
coriander 0,5 t.s.
cinnamon 1 t.s.
vegetable oil
1 large onion
1 cup coconut milk
1 tb.s. lemon juice
Pat dry chicken and mix all spices with oil, marinate meat in this sauce for an hour.
Heat oil and fry drumsticks on both sides until golden, add onion and cook until it's soft.
Pour lemon juice, then milk and simmer until chicken is done, about 40 minutes. Serve with rice.
