1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces or several chicken parts
olive oil
chicken stock
tomato paste 1-2 tb.s.
3 carrots
3 tomatoes
couscous spices- or curry, nutmeg, garlic powder, cayenne- 1 tb.s.
harissa- or chily pepper, paprika flakes- 1 tb.s.
1 zuccini
1 bell pepper
200g cheak peas (I took just regular peas)
100g frying sausage
300g cooked couscous
Fry chicken parts on olive oil. Place them into big heavy pan, add tomatoes, carrots, tomato paste, mixed with 1 cup water, 1 cup chicken stock and spices. Cook for 10-15 minutes, add bell pepper, zuccini. Fry sausage, cut into stripes.
When almost done, add peas to the chicken.
Serve meat with veggies and sausage on top of couscous.
