Taken from here. We enjoyed them while they were still warm- I think that's the best.
200g whole wheat flour
250g flour
2 tb.s. butter
1 tb.s. olive oil
salt
several dried tomatoes, cut into stripes
black olives apr.10-15
cheese (feta or other) 100g
300ml whole milk
Mix flour with oil and butter, add vegetables and cheese, then milk. Form a ball, than flatten it into a round and cut into 8 pieces.
Oven 200C, bake on buttered baking sheet for 15-20 min.
